MSA Program
Provides comprehensive Case Management and supportive services to HIV+ individuals and their families. We also provide support groups at the Hempstead office. Contact: Dorothea Moore Ext 202 or Sarine Allen ext 206
HRI Program
Provides comprehensive risk counseling services to individuals who are at high risk for HIV infection at the Hempstead office and the Nassau County Correctional Center. Hours: 8AM to 5PM Contact: Edwin Kennedy ext 203
SERVICES AT NASSAU COUNTY CORRECTIONAL CENTER
Criminal Justice Initiative
Provides risk reduction counseling and transitional planning services at the Nassau County Correctional Center ensuring that inmates infected and affected are given the opportunity to receive needed services. Contact: Charles Nicholson, (516) 572-4328
Outreach Services
